Responsibilities

• Chase overdue payments by phone, email and letter.
• Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date records of collection activity.
• Follow up on invoices and disputes with internal teams.
• Prepare aged debt reports and statistics.
• Support reconciliations and account queries.
• Send monthly statements to customers.
• Escalate problem accounts when needed.
