Job summary

Mercury Marine in Belgium is seeking a Technical Supervisor – Dealer Service, Quality & Technical Information (EMEA) to ensure service quality, governance of dealer performance, and timely publication of technical literature.

You will coordinate audits, manage service literature such as owner and service manuals, bulletins, and advisories, support training, and back up safety recall campaigns and product updates across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for cross-regional coordination.
• Experience in after-sales, service, or quality roles is expected.
• Ability to interact with engineering, quality and product support teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor Dealer Service Level KPIs across EMEA.
• Lead Dealer Service Level Assessments and audits for offices and distributors.
• Coordinate after-sales performance data and report insights to leadership.
• Own coordination and distribution of all technical literature and publications.
• Support safety recall campaigns and product rework programs.
• Provide technical support and training to sales offices, distributors, and dealers.
• Develop and maintain after-sales and quality performance reports.
