Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a Technical Supervisor – Dealer Service, Quality & Technical Information (EMEA) based in Petit-Rechain, Belgium. The role oversees dealer service level assessments, audits, and publication control of manuals, bulletins and advisories, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely information flow to dealers, distributors, and sales offices.

• Fluent English required; strong communication skills in English and cross-border collaboration.
• French knowledge is highly important for coordination with French-speaking regions.
• Experience in after-sales, service, or quality roles in technical industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor Dealer Service Level KPIs across EMEA.
• Coordinate Dealer Service Level Assessments and audits with sales offices and distributors.
• Own coordination, validation, and distribution of all technical literature (manuals, bulletins, advisories).
• Support safety recall campaigns and product rework/update programs.
• Provide technical support and training to dealers, distributors, and sales offices.
