Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Technical Supervisor – Dealer Service, Quality & Technical Information for the EMEA region, based in Petit-Rechain, Belgium. The role focuses on ensuring service quality, technical compliance, and dealer performance, coordinating with Mercury Marine literature teams, and delivering training at regional hubs.

You will drive dealer service KPIs, govern audits, manage technical documentation, and back recall campaigns, while collaborating with Sales Offices,

Qualifications

• Technical level degree or equivalent by experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in after-sales, technical service, or quality roles in technical industries.
• Experience with dealer/distributor network support and field service operations.
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting, warranty processes, or service engineering.
• Experience coordinating across multiple countries or at the EMEA level.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor Dealer Service Level KPIs across EMEA.
• Lead Dealer Service Level assessments and audits across sales offices and distributors.
• Own coordination, validation, and distribution of all technical literature.
• Provide backup support for Safety Recall Campaigns and product rework/update programs.
• Support training development and dissemination of technical updates and procedures.
