Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in Belgium is seeking a Technical Supervisor – Dealer Service, Quality & Technical Information (EMEA) to ensure consistent service quality, manage dealer performance, and lead publication of manuals, bulletins, and advisories across the region.

You will partner with Mercury Marine's literature teams, support Sales Offices, Distributors and dealers, and deliver regional training while backing recall campaigns and product updates to safeguard regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• Technical level degree or equivalent by experience.
• 5-10 years in after-sales, technical service, or quality roles in a technical industry.
• Experience with dealer/distributor networks and field service operations.
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting, warranty processes, or service engineering.
• EMEA coordination experience is highly desirable.
• Exposure to dealer audits, service KPI management, or quality assurance systems.
• Experience coordinating recall campaigns or product updates is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluent English and knowledge of French required; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor Dealer Service Level KPIs across EMEA.
• Lead and coordinate Dealer Service Level Assessments and audits across Sales Offices and Distributors.
• Coordinate technical literature ownership and publication control.
• Act as central governance point for after-sales performance.
• Support safety recall campaigns and product rework programs.
• Provide technical support to Sales Offices, Distributors, and Dealer networks.
• Deliver or support technical training sessions at facilities and regional hubs.
• Maintain tool lists and documentation management.
