Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst BUF Supply Chain to act as a strategic finance partner for the EMEA Plan, Source and Supplier Engineering teams. The role requires collaboration with US counterparts and global services, with a preference for Aachen or another EMEA hub.

The candidate will ensure accurate financials, lead planning, forecasting and provide actionable insights. This role can be based anywhere in the EMEA region; expect at least one on-site week per month in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Adaptive preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecast updates, and reporting for Opex, Capex and Inventory.
• Own budget vs. actual analytics including P&L, headcount and capex.
• Develop analytics for slow-moving/obsolete inventories and remediation plans.
• Own PPV analysis; coordinate with procurement and operations.
• Oversee GR/IR reconciliation and month-end accuracy.
• Support CAR preparation for the dedicated supply chain area.
• Ensure SOX compliance and controls; collaborate with global teams.
