Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.

• Strong financial analysis, planning, forecasting and management reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrated business partnering skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted finance partner to site leaders, providing forward-looking analysis and actionable insights.
• Own financial performance management for assigned areas including operating expenses and headcount.
• Lead planning and forecasting cycles, including the Annual Business Plan and quarterly updates.
• Coordinate quarterly close and management reporting with clear variance explanations and recommendations.
