Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior supply chain planning leader to drive regional IBP and strategic planning across Central EMEA. You will partner with global planning, commercial, finance and operations to balance growth, service, inventory and financial performance.

You will lead a team of planning managers, champion digital planning, and shape governance for a high‑impact supply network. Advanced analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with strong planning acumen.
• Experience leading regional/global IBP and demand planning.
• Proven ability to align commercial, supply chain and financial goals.

Responsabilités

• Lead IBP governance and regional planning; align country plans with global strategy.
• Drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance and Quality to deliver financial objectives.
• Chair regional Demand Reviews and manage risk/opportunity analysis.
• Guide transformational planning initiatives and digital tooling adoption.
