Johnson & Johnson Global Services in Diegem, Belgium, seeks an EMEA Deliver Manager for the Osprey project, a 18–24 month transformation role. You will oversee day-to-day FP&A for the Deliver function, act as SME across EMEA groups, and drive reporting, planning, and controls during the transition.

The role requires broad FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and a track record in complex global environments.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Broad FP&A experience and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in regional/global organization with complex interdependencies.
• Strong understanding of CFIN and AFO reporting.
• Experience handling large data sets and data-driven insights.
• Knowledge of Johnson & Johnson MedTech/Depuy Synthes processes is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support Supply Chain Deliver day-to-day operations during transformation.
• Act as subject matter expert for the Osprey project across EMEA Deliver groups.
• Support management reporting and finance changes from regional transformation.
• Coordinate inputs into regional FP&A cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead Osprey LES and Operations separation for Deliver EMEA Finance Triage.
• Collaborate with Osprey EMEA BUF and Global Project teams to align plans.
• Assess transition impacts and business cases for Supply Chain changes.
• Oversee finance tool evolution and interim support models for 2026.
