Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) seeks a Sr. Director, EMEA+SAL Finance to lead the regional finance function, owning P&L and partnering with regional leadership to drive performance.

The role shapes strategy into execution, ensures strong financial discipline, and guides analytics across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Formación

• 15+ years of experience with leadership and integrity.
• Chartered qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and exposure to publicly traded enterprises.
• Experience as Finance Director in global manufacturing/industrial businesses with full P&L ownership.
• Strong ability to influence decisions using financial information.
• Balanced FP&A and Controllership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the regional AOP, quarterly forecast and strategic plan submissions.
• Partner with VP/GM to challenge commercial commitments and margins.
• Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly financial rhythms aligned to business processes.
• Lead regional finance team and develop talent across regions.
• Support operations and pricing decisions with financial discipline.
