Dover Fueling Solutions in Belgium seeks a Senior Finance Director to lead the EMEA+SAL region. You will own the full regional P&L, guide financial planning, reporting, and compliance, and partner with global leaders to drive performance.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing regional finance team, drive transformation initiatives, strengthen controls, and shape the financial strategy in a multi-country operation across Europe, Middle East, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior finance leadership with P&L ownership.
• Chartered qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or regional equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional P&L for EMEA+SAL and drive profitability.
• Lead regional FP&A, Controllership, and site finance teams.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve cost control and working capital.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and governance across the region.
