Abbott is seeking an experienced Product Manager EMEA to drive portfolio growth and commercialization across the region. You will work with Global and Regional teams to shape marketing strategies, support launches, and translate market insights into business results.

You will collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain to execute key initiatives, engage healthcare professionals, and optimize omnichannel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Approximately 7+ years in commercial, sales and marketing with at least 5 years in Product Management or Marketing.
• Experience managing products across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience in medical devices, vascular, cardiovascular or pharma is strongly preferred.
• Track record of product launches, lifecycle management and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong ability to work with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and plans across the EMEA region.
• Analyze market trends, insights, competition, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead regional commercialization and product launch activities, including planning and post-launch monitoring.
• Serve as EMEA subject matter expert for product portfolios and guide internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to identify unmet needs.
• Drive omnichannel marketing and optimize campaigns using data and analytics.
• Support annual planning, develop forecasts, and manage marketing investments.
• Monitor key business, commercial, marketing and financial indicators.
• Lead projects with effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and regulatory training requirements.
