Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of commercial, sales, and marketing experience, incl. 5+ years in Product Management or Marketing.
• Experience managing products across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience in medical device, vascular, cardiovascular, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Proven track record in product launches, lifecycle management, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong ability to work with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to navigate a complex matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and tactical plans across the EMEA region.
• Lead regional commercialization and product launch activities, including launch planning and market readiness.
• Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for assigned product portfolios and provide strategic guidance.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute initiatives.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to understand unmet needs and market opportunities.
• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and optimize campaign effectiveness through data and insights.
• Support annual planning processes, develop sales forecasts, and manage marketing investments.
• Monitor and communicate key business, commercial, marketing, and financial performance indicators.
• Lead projects and ensure execution excellence with cross-functional teams.
