Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Trade Controls EMEA Senior Analyst to join the GTC function in Belgium or Switzerland. You will support execution of GTC initiatives and guide business partners on trade controls.

You will ensure compliance with import/export laws across the EMEA region, maintain documentation, and collaborate with regional teams. Fluent English required, travel up to 10%.

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on Customs or Trade Compliance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to influence others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across regions.
• Fluent in English; travel up to 10% expected.

Responsibilities

• Participate in GTC projects and deliver on objectives.
• Advise on customs topics including new trade flow setups.
• Ensure import/export compliance across the EMEA region.
• Maintain GTC documentation and regional deployment.
• Act as liaison with Global Trade Segment and Local DRIs.
