Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited seeks a Director of Public Affairs & Patient Advocacy to lead EMEA/UK policy, reimbursement, and access strategy for radiopharmaceuticals and diagnostics.

You will collaborate with Investor Relations, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure patient perspectives inform policy submissions and market access initiatives across multi-country settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or communications.
• 10+ years experience in public affairs, patient advocacy or healthcare communications in biopharma.
• Experience in EMEA/UK healthcare systems, including HTA, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an EMEA/UK public affairs strategy.
• Shape policy environments supporting radiopharmaceutical adoption.
• Engage with EU institutions, regulators, HTA bodies, and payers to influence policy outcomes.
• Lead partnerships with patient organisations and advocacy groups across oncology and rare diseases.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align policy with reimbursement objectives.
• Represent Telix in external meetings, conferences, coalitions, and policy forums.
