Job summary

TERUMO BCT, INC in Brussels is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist EMEA to lead and refine global and regional compliance programs across the EMEA region, with a focus on HCP/HCO engagements, funding, and transparency.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Internal Audit, and Legal teams to drive risk-based guidance, training, and governance, ensuring adherence to AdvaMed and MedTech Europe codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
5–7 years of experience in EMEA compliance, legal, or related function within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
Strong familiarity with global healthcare compliance frameworks and transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide compliance guidance to business partners on HCP/HCO/GO engagements, external funding, and related activities
Support implementation and continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls
Identify compliance risks and develop practical, business-oriented mitigation strategies
Support data privacy initiatives impacting the EMEA region;
