Job summary

Eastpak, Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling) is looking for a Manager, Digital Merchandising Packs (EMEA) to join our DIGILAND team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will lead the seasonal buy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport, deliver performance analysis and collaborate with Digital Trade Managers to balance full-price vs markdown while supporting commercial goals and brand equity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce merchandising, buying, planning or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as sell-through, margin, conversion, AOV, ASP and rate of sale.
• Ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the seasonal buy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport and manage inventory targets.
• Analyze sales performance and share weekly insights with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Planning, Buying, Marketing, Site Ops and Product teams to drive pack performance.
• Own flow plan with Product team for product lifecycle and offline transitions.
