Job summary

Eastpak in Antwerp, Belgium is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to align merchandising with brand objectives and lead omnichannel assortment strategies. You will research markets, anticipate trends, and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration with product, planning, and sales teams.

You will own seasonal line plans, analyze performance, and ensure accurate data across systems while partnering with Digital and Marketing to leverage seasonal content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Merchandising or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with product affinity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into actionable product and assortment briefs.
• Develop globally consistent assortments with regional nuances.
• Own seasonal line plans and conduct SKU productivity analyses.
• Lead post-season reviews and drive assortment optimization.
• Collaborate with Digital/Marketing for seasonal content.
