Job summary

Eastpak, based in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to align merchandising strategies with brand objectives and drive growth across channels. You will optimize assortments, research markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under the Sr Manager Product Merchandising.

You will own seasonal line plans, analyze SKU productivity, and ensure accuracy across systems while supporting GTM strategies in various markets. Fluent English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Merchandising, Product Management, or Merchandising planning in global brand organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with product affinity and market insight.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable product and assortment briefings for the product development team.
• Develop a globally consistent assortment while considering local nuances and opportunities.
• Embrace an omnichannel approach and create assortments for digital and DTC channels.
• Own category performance and business KPIs (revenue, margin, productivity, sell-through).
• Lead seasonal line plans and SKU-level productivity analyses to drive targets.
