Johnson & Johnson in Diegem, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Currency Management, to strengthen the Transactional Currency Impact team, forecasting currency effects on HMT’s P&L and collaborating with FP&A, Treasury and Group Finance.

The role offers exposure to hedging concepts, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to influence senior leadership with analytics and storytelling. A university degree in Finance/Economics and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Economics; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hedging principles, hedge accounting and inventory accounting.
• Excellent communication to translate insights for senior leaders.
• Ability to manage a dynamic environment with high visibility to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate transactional currency impacts for budgeting and forecasting.
• Deliver financial analyses on P&L currency impacts and variances.
• Present management decks with driver-based commentaries on currency movements.
• Collaborate with MTPO, FP&A, Group Finance, Treasury to enhance currency reporting.
• Co-lead the change from TM1 FX to SigniFX tools and plan future state.
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvements for CM COE & MTPO.
