• 10+ years of commercial experience in Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record with multinational customers and senior decision-makers.

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple countries and matrix organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute actionable growth plans across the EMEA region by translating global strategies into priorities.
• Prioritize and drive strategic growth opportunities across EMEA and guide the customer engagement lifecycle.
• Provide commercial leadership across country teams and foster cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead, coach and develop commercial teams across EMEA; enable growth and retention.
