Hologic, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Senior Demand Planner to help shape healthcare innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, you’ll analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and optimization in planning.

The ideal candidate has experience in demand planning within MedTech or Pharma, strong analytical skills, and is proficient with Oracle ERP and Kinaxis. A competitive salary of €66,000 – €80,000 gross per year is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in Demand Planning, ideally within MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis and relevant tools.
• Ability to build credible relationships and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive in identifying challenges and investigating discrepancies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to provide insights.
• Support new product launches and manage product lifecycles.
• Maintain planning data in Kinaxis and Oracle.
