Ericsson is seeking a strategic AI solutions leader to drive multi-country AI opportunities across the EMEA region, serving as CSR, Business Development Lead, and SPOC. You will shape engagements, develop AI portfolio positioning, and shepherd opportunities from initial discussions through contract sign-off.

You will build cross-functional relationships with C-suite stakeholders, translate business challenges into compelling AI use cases, and coach teams across Customer Units to accelerate AI

Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or automation in telecom contexts.
• Several years in telecom ICT sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
• Proven track record selling complex tech solutions to C-level and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify AI opportunities across telecom customers in EMEA.
• Lead customer discussions, workshops, and executive engagements to position Ericsson AI solutions.
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and governance for complex AI deals.
• Build strategic relationships with CUs, CTO/CIO/CDO organizations, and operations leadership.
• Own end-to-end solutioning for AI opportunities from engagement to contract signature.
• Translate customer challenges into clear AI use cases and value propositions.
• Define high-level architecture, scope, and delivery models with architects and service teams.
