Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Embedded Project Manager who can also act as Technical Lead. You will manage day-to-day delivery of a large-scale embedded system project, coordinating cross-functional teams, the integrator, and management to ensure scope, budget, and deadlines are met.

The role requires PMI/Prince-2 and CSM certifications, at least 10 years of project management, and proven Scrum Master or Product Owner experience. Dutch is mandatory and English fluent.

Qualifications

• PMI or Prince-2 certification mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) mandatory.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner (≥ 1 year).
• Strong track record in leading platform transformation programs (design through rollout).
• Familiarity with ITIL cycles: service design, service transition, and service operations.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead project activities and coordinate stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project scope, planning, and budget.
• Act as the link between technical teams, the integrator, and management.
• Set up and facilitate Agile/Scrum rituals.
• Identify risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide support in strategic technical decisions when acting as Technical Lead.
