Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Embedded Project Manager who can also act as Technical Lead. You will manage day-to-day delivery of a large-scale embedded system project, coordinating cross-functional teams, the integrator, and management to ensure scope, budget, and deadlines are met.

The role requires PMI/Prince-2 and CSM certifications, at least 10 years of project management, and proven Scrum Master or Product Owner experience. Dutch is mandatory and English fluent.

Qualifications

• PMI or Prince-2 certification mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) mandatory.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner (≥ 1 year).
• Strong track record in leading platform transformation programs (design through rollout).
• Familiarity with ITIL cycles: service design, service transition, and service operations.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Embedded Project Manager, who can also step in as Technical Lead when required.

This position combines project management, technical coordination, and organizational leadership.

Main Mission

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a large‑scale project. Acting as the primary point of contact with the integrator, you will ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines, while maintaining smooth and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
