ProRec+ in West-Flanders, Belgium, seeks a Project Manager to lead technically complex, large-scale industrial projects. You will own the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You hold a Master’s degree in a technical discipline and have at least 5 years in technical project management, ideally in an electromechanical environment. Fluent Dutch and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years in technical project management, preferably electromechanical.
• Dutch and English fluency; French is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and solution-oriented; can work independently or in a team.
• Results-driven and structured with a strong ownership mindset.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of challenging projects — ensure stages run smoothly, safely, and successfully.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, organization, and communication.
• Collaborate with a project team of technical specialists.
• Visit sites or meet clients on location to discuss progress and strengthen partnerships.
