Job summary

Psicontrol, part of the Picanol Group in Tessenderlo, Belgium, seeks a technically skilled professional to join the production-oriented team. You will contribute to the introduction and optimization of new electronic products on the production floor, collaborating with R&D, production in Romania, customers, and suppliers.

You bring a technical degree, production experience, and a hands-on mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (basic knowledge of electronics required).
• Experience in a production environment (electronics/mechatronics is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Communicative, hands-on mindset, and willing to travel abroad.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Dutch, and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of new products on the production floor.
• Create workflows, workstation analyses, and production files.
• Optimize production processes and tools.
• Perform pre- and post-calculations of products.
• Work closely with R&D, production in Romania, customers, and suppliers.
