Job summary

Procter & Gamble Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic PC&IS Automation Technician for the Mechelen plant. You will work on highly automated warehouse systems, ensuring reliability and contributing to ADP commissioning and PLC programming during day shifts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or electronics, up to 5 years post-graduation, and fluent English and Dutch. You will collaborate with OT and IT teams and access ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in electromechanics or electronics.
Recent graduate up to 5 years after graduation.
Experience in supply chain environment desired.
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of automation technologies, control systems and maintenance.
Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of critical equipment in a highly automated warehouse environment.
Operate primarily during the day shift at the Mechelen P&G Distribution Centre with modern automation systems.
Contribute to commissioning and programming of the ADP system using PLC patterns.
Collaborate with Operations Technology (OT) and IT teams to integrate technology solutions and improve KPIs.
