Materialise is seeking a Product Manager – eCommerce to strengthen our digital customer experience and commercial capabilities. You will define the vision and drive execution of digital solutions that support our software business.

Working closely with technical experts and key stakeholders, you will translate business needs into clear product priorities, coordinate delivery with technical teams and partners, and use data to continuously improve performance and the customer journey.

• Collaborate on customer journey design, conversion optimization, and digital experience improvements.
• Support go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide data-informed decisions.

What you’ll do

• Define and manage the roadmap for ecommerce initiatives
• Translate marketing and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Work as part of a Product Triad together with UX and Engineering to deliver the product roadmap
• Drive delivery from concept through launch and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on customer journey design, conversion optimization, and digital experience improvements
• Support go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with marketing and commercial stakeholders
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide data-informed decisions
• Help establish scalable processes, governance, and ways of working for digital product delivery

What you bring

• Experience in digital product management, digital experience, commercial platforms, or marketing technology
• Proven ability to lead digital initiatives from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and software business environments
• Ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A hands-on, structured, and proactive way of working
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with a high level of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with online buying journeys, self-service experiences, or conversion optimization
• Familiarity with digital sales enablement, lead-to-order flows, or customer lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in software or technology-driven organizations
