Materialise Software in Leuven is seeking a Product Manager – eCommerce to define the vision and drive the execution of digital solutions that support our software business and customer journey. You will collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to translate needs into priorities and deliver end-to-end initiatives.

You will take ownership, work in a dynamic, international environment, and shape the future of digital experiences for our customers.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the roadmap for ecommerce initiatives
• Translate marketing and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Work as part of a Product Triad together with UX and Engineering to deliver the product roadmap
• Drive delivery from concept through launch and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on customer journey design, conversion optimization, and digital experience improvements
• Support go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with marketing and commercial stakeholders
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide data-informed decisions
• Help establish scalable processes, governance, and ways of working for digital product delivery

Product Manager – eCommerce

Are you passionate about creating digital experiences that make it easier for customers to discover, engage with, and access software solutions? At Materialise Software, we are looking for a Product Manager – eCommerce to help strengthen our digital customer experience and commercial capabilities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the vision and drive the execution of digital solutions that support our software business. Working closely with technical experts and key stakeholders, you will translate business needs into clear product priorities, coordinate delivery with technical teams and partners, and use data and insights to continuously improve performance and the customer journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment and thrives at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technology. You will partner with teams across business, marketing, product, and technology to shape priorities, move initiatives forward, and deliver meaningful digital experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Experience in digital product management, digital experience, commercial platforms, or marketing technology
• Proven ability to lead digital initiatives from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and software business environments
• Ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A hands‑on, structured, and proactive way of working
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with a high level of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with online buying journeys, self-service experiences, or conversion optimization
• Familiarity with digital sales enablement, lead-to-order flows, or customer lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in software or technology-driven organizations
