Job summary

Ariad Group is seeking a freelance Digital Campaign Manager to support a growing media team. You will own digital media planning for a portfolio of clients, translating needs into channel strategies, budgets and practical campaign plans while working closely with colleagues from day one.

Hybrid assignment based in Zaventem, Belgium, with three days on site and two days remote. Immediate start preferred; possible extension through February 2027, subject to project needs.

Qualifications

• Around 3–4 years of relevant digital-media planning experience.
• Broad capability across digital channels, rather than expertise in just one channel.
• Experience combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• The ability to work independently in a practical way.
• Dutch-language proficiency, with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into tactical digital-media recommendations.
• Advise on channel mix across short-form content, display, Meta, Google, video and social media.
• Build budgets and media plans for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and, where needed, present client-facing proposals.
• Monitor campaigns and deliver reporting.
