Belden in Belgium is seeking an Early Careers Intern – EMEA to join the regional internship program. You will support and develop the EMEA Internship Program, assist with attracting and recruiting interns, and help deliver development modules across multiple countries.

This role offers exposure to university relations, employer branding, and early talent initiatives, with opportunities to collaborate with HR teams and interns across the region.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a study program in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate activities and stakeholders.
• Proactive and curious mindset with initiative to bring ideas.
• Ability to work in an international environment with cross-country collaboration.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Support and develop the EMEA Internship Program across different countries with interns, managers and HR teams.
• Assist in the intern recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, attraction and candidate engagement.
• Plan and deliver learning, development and engagement activities within the internship program.
• Maintain the Early Talent Database communication plan to stay connected with students and potential candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation and campaigns targeting early career talent.
• Contribute to university relations and events such as career fairs and workshops.

Early Careers Intern – EMEA

About the role:

Join the EMEA Early Careers team as an Intern! You will be part of our regional internship program, offering you structured development opportunities and international exposure while gaining hands‑on experience across different areas of Early Careers.

You will play an active role in supporting and developing our EMEA Internship Program, from attracting and recruiting interns to supporting the different activities and development modules that shape their experience. You will also contribute to university relations, employer branding and early talent engagement initiatives across the region.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

• Support the coordination and continuous development of the EMEA Internship Program, working with interns, managers and HR teams across different countries;
• Take ownership of key parts of the intern recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing, talent attraction and candidate engagement;
• Support the planning and delivery of the different learning, development and engagement activities included in the internship program;
• Maintain and execute the Early Talent Database communication plan, helping us stay connected and engaged with students and potential future candidates;
• Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation, communications and campaigns targeting early career talent;
• Support university relations and events, including career fairs, workshops and other student engagement activities;
• Contribute to additional Early Careers and Talent projects as priorities and opportunities evolve.

What you bring:

• Enrollment in a study program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field throughout the course of the internship;
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate different activities and stakeholders;
• A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to bring new ideas and take initiative;
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with colleagues across different countries;
