As part of structured development, you’ll support recruiting, learning activities, and talent initiatives across multiple countries, with mentoring and real ownership of key projects. Fluent English and a passion to learn will help you contribute from day one during a multi-country internship

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a study program in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and curious mindset with initiative.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Support coordination of the EMEA Internship Program across countries.
• Assist with intern recruitment and engagement activities.
• Help plan and deliver learning, development and events for interns.
• Maintain early talent communications and employer branding initiatives.
• Support university relations and events like career fairs.
