TotalEnergies Charging Solutions Belgium is seeking an eMobility Service Coordinator to ensure quality, availability and performance of our charging network in Belgium. You will be the central point of contact for maintenance and after-sales service matters, coordinating with partners and internal teams while ensuring compliance with service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation or equivalent).
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English, enabling interaction with customers, partners and international teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and coordinate the resolution of charging infrastructure incidents.
• Coordinate interventions with maintenance partners and internal teams.
• Act as the escalation point for customers, sales teams and external partners.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify root causes of incidents and implement improvement actions.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of maintenance and support processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams on new business opportunities and tenders.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.
