Virya Energy N.V. in Belgium seeks an experienced professional to identify and develop charging infrastructure projects, translate requirements into solid business cases, and drive projects from feasibility to final investment decision.

You will coordinate engineering partners, permits, and milestones, ensure asset performance, manage SLAs, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in project development and project management.
• Established network within e-mobility, EPC contractors, logistics, real estate development, or public authorities is a strong asset.
• Understanding asset development projects incl. financial viability, market relevance, technical design, regulatory requirements and timeline.
• Good technical understanding in charging systems, energy infrastructure and software platforms.
• Proven track record of leading operations in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Belgium residence with valid permit required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate new charging infrastructure opportunities through technical and commercial site assessments.
• Develop and define technical concepts and translate requirements into robust business cases.
• Lead and drive development projects from feasibility through final investment decision (FID), coordinating engineering partners, permitting activities, and milestones.
• Ensure optimal performance of charging infrastructure assets and related software platforms; manage SLAs and coordinate interventions with service providers.
• Act as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders and shareholders; coordinate communication and project alignment.
