Michael Page is seeking an ECommerce specialist for Waals Brabant, Belgium. This hands-on role focuses on monitoring online performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey from click to delivery.

You will be the operational link between various teams, driving improvements and ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital operations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Dutch mandatory; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily performance and KPIs of e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable online customer journey from navigation to delivery.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with root-cause analysis.
• Act as operational bridge between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners.
• Follow up on payment, delivery and order-related processes and prioritise incidents and issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of e-commerce processes, tools and workflows.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and system enhancements.
