Michael Page is recruiting an E-commerce & Digital Experience Specialist for the Belgian market. The role focuses on daily operations, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of the Dutch-speaking Belgian webshop within a broader Benelux framework.

You will work across e-commerce, IT and marketing to optimize the customer journey, implement new digital functionalities and ensure high-quality translations and content. English and French skills are required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch speaker with excellent language quality.
• Bachelor's or Master's in E-Business, Digital Marketing or related field.
• ≥4 years in e-commerce, digital operations or similar.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and customer journey optimization.
• Experience in omnichannel/retail or international environments valued.
• French knowledge and English proficiency.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and able to turn data into actions.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily performance and KPIs of Benelux e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee payments, delivery processes and identify issues affecting satisfaction or conversion.
• Coordinate incidents across E-commerce, IT, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
• Investigate root causes and drive continuous improvement across tools and processes.
• Own Dutch Belgian webshop content, translations and customer journey quality.
• Analyze digital performance and user behavior to improve conversion and usability.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests; translate insights into actions.
• Contribute to rollout of new digital functionalities from requirements to testing.
