Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an hands-on E-commerce Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing retail group in Belgium. You will monitor online performance, coordinate with E-commerce, IT, Customer Service and Logistics, and ensure a smooth click-to-delivery journey for customers.

We value a Dutch-speaking candidate with fluent English, 2–5 years in e-commerce operations, and an analytical, proactive mindset to drive improvements across platforms and processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Dutch mandatory.
• Operational mindset with attention to detail.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented.
• Cross-functional collaboration and proactive attitude.
• Interest in retail, e-commerce and customer experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or analytics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the daily performance of the e-commerce platforms and KPIs.
• Ensure a smooth online customer journey from site to delivery.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with root-cause analysis.
• Act as the operational bridge between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics and partners.
• Follow up on payment, delivery and order processes.
• Coordinate management of incidents and technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and system enhancements.
• Ensure high data accuracy, operational quality and customer satisfaction.
