Michael Page International Belgium is seeking a service-driven professional to join its French market customer experience team. You will act as the primary contact for B2B customers, advise on products and solutions, and handle inquiries by phone and email.

You will process orders in the ERP, coordinate order flow, and work with sales, logistics and planning to ensure a seamless customer experience. Native French and strong English are required, with a passion for premium lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (experience accepted).
• Native-level French required.
• Good command of English.
• Affinity with French culture/market.
• Experience in lifestyle or premium consumer goods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the French market (B2B).
• Advise customers on products, collections, and available solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Process, manage, and follow up on orders within the ERP system.
• Coordinate the order flow and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and planning teams for a seamless experience.
• Manage complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Support quotations and after-sales activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
