PwC Belgium is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance – Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation projects. You will guide a team of consultants, engage with finance leaders, and drive practice growth in Belgium. The role blends hands-on functional expertise with people leadership and client ownership.

You’ll work within the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio, shaping capabilities and delivering value across finance operations, AI-enabled automation, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance experience and project leadership.
• Strong finance functional knowledge across ERP lifecycles.
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders and teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations from design to go-live.
• Lead and mentor consultants, manage scope, timelines, and quality.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and configurations.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions; oversee data migration and testing.
• Support BD with client relationships and propositions in BizApps.
