DEME Dredging NV is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to shape our Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape within the Digital Office Application Team. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and partners.

You will define end-to-end architectures, drive governance, lead reviews, and guide internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality ERP implementations across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application, ERP or solution architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex business applications or ERP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end solution architectures within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on Dynamics 365 capabilities and roadmap opportunities.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, Power Platform solutions, Azure services and data platforms.
• Define application, data and security architectures that support long-term business objectives.
• Drive architecture governance, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide internal teams and external implementation partners in delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect within DEME’s Digital Office Application Team, you play a key role in shaping and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.

You work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams and implementation partners to design scalable, secure and future-proof solutions that support our digital transformation journey. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on solution design, you ensure our Dynamics ecosystem continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent through experience.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.


• Proven experience delivering complex business application or ERP implementations.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure platform services, API and integration architecture, data migration and master data management.


• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), formerly known as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).


• Understanding of business processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM, particularly Finance modules, is considered a strong asset.


• Experience with X++ is a plus.


• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification is a plus.


• Experience with Agile, DevOps and large-scale ERP transformation programs is an asset.


• Experience in an engineering, industrial, construction or project-based environment is a plus.
