PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting, Microsoft Business Applications. You will own complex Dynamics 365 Finance transformation programmes, lead diverse delivery teams across geographies, and guide the BizApps practice in Belgium and across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience leading full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Finance programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, budgets, timelines, and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep finance functional expertise across core modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and AI-enabled finance perspectives.
• Strong fluency in English with additional Dutch or French considered a plus.

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance programmes from strategy to go-live and hypercare.
• Own programme scope, commercials, quality, and client outcomes.
• Translate complex business needs into pragmatic, scalable solutions and ensure adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimisation.
• Steer solution architects and delivery teams to maintain consistency, quality, and performance.
• Build and shape the BizApps practice in Belgium and across EMEA, including talent development and leadership.
