PwC Belgium is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance — Manager to lead transformation projects from design through go-live and hypercare. You will guide a team of consultants, own end-to-end delivery, and grow the BizApps practice in Belgium.

You will advise finance leaders on digital journeys, blending functional expertise with leadership and client ownership, while leveraging AI, Copilot, and modern ERP capabilities to drive value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience with leading workstreams
• Strong finance functional knowledge and track record delivering end-to-end ERP projects
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business challenges
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (Power Platform, integrations, data migration tools)
• Excellent communication skills with C‑level stakeholders and end users
• Strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities
• Consultant's mindset: structured, curious, commercially aware, able to turn ambiguity into clarity
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus

Responsabilités

About the role

Ready to step up from senior consultant into a role where you genuinely lead? As a Manager in our Microsoft Business Applications (BizApps) team, you'll take ownership of Dynamics 365 Finance transformation projects from design through go-live, guide a team of consultants, and play an active part in growing our BizApps practice in Belgium.

You'll be a trusted advisor to finance leaders navigating their digital journey — and the leader your project team relies on day to day. If you enjoy combining hands‑on functional expertise with people leadership and client ownership, this is the role where it all comes together.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations — from requirements gathering and solution design through go-live and hypercare.
• Take accountability for project scope, timelines, quality, and client outcomes.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional designs, system configurations, and scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution design sessions with confidence and clarity.
• Configure and customise core Dynamics 365 Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, etc.) and steer data migration, integrations, testing, and UAT.
• Bring Copilot in Finance, agent‑based automation, and AI‑driven close processes into the heart of client delivery — not as add‑ons, but as the new default.
• Help clients move from “we use AI in pilots” to “AI runs in production” — across journal automation, intercompany, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Stay ahead of the Microsoft AI roadmap and translate it into pragmatic client value.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, contributing to team development and delivery excellence.
• Foster a one‑team culture across local and nearshore delivery teams.
• Act as a career coach, helping team members grow.
• Work closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure consistency, quality, and performance across the Microsoft Business Applications stack.
• Support business development: client relationships, proposals, and new opportunities.
• Help shape capabilities and propositions as the BizApps practice grows.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance, including experience leading workstreams or smaller projects.
• Strong finance functional knowledge and proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem — Power Platform, integrations, data migration tools, and a genuine interest in Copilot and AI agents in a finance context.
• Excellent communication skills; able to engage with C‑level stakeholders and end‑users.
• Strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.
• A consultant's mindset: structured, curious, commercially aware, and able to turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French (both is a plus).
