PwC Belgium seeks a Functional D365 Supply Chain Management Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end D365 SCM solutions for clients in Belgium and internationally.

You will work within the Microsoft Business Applications team, collaborating with experienced consultants and stakeholders to turn complexity into practical, value-driven outcomes. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package accompany a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; Microsoft D365 certifications are a strong asset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience leading workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Supply Chain modules: procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, master planning, and logistics.
• Strong functional knowledge of SCM domains: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, or logistics.
• Genuine curiosity about the wider Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem—Power Platform, integrations, data migration tooling, and Copilot/AI agents in supply chain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions.
• Team player, independent, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the functional design, configuration, and implementation of D365 Supply Chain Management modules — Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, Master Planning, and Logistics.
• Analyse business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into functional designs, user stories, and solution blueprints.
• Facilitate workshops with key users and stakeholders — fit/gap, process design, validation, and training sessions.
• Advise clients on best practices and standard D365 functionality.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to bring designs to life.
• Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), end-user training, documentation, and change support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and support pre-sales activities where helpful.
