PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead Dynamics 365 Finance transformations and shape the BizApps practice across Belgium and EMEA. You’ll own end-to-end programmes, guide CFO-facing work, and mentor delivery teams while helping set the AI-enabled finance agenda.

You’ll partner with cross-border teams to grow capabilities, drive client outcomes, and advance to senior leadership roles in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and ERP end-to-end programmes.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

About the role This isn't a delivery seat — it's a leadership one. As a Senior Manager in our Microsoft Business Applications (BizApps) team, you'll take ownership of complex Dynamics 365 Finance transformation programmes, lead diverse delivery teams across geographies, and play a defining role in shaping the future of our BizApps practice in Belgium and across EMEA. You'll be the trusted advisor CFOs turn to when the stakes are high — guiding them through the decisions that shape their digital finance journey. At the same time, you'll be a key voice in our BizApps leadership team: setting the delivery bar, growing talent, and helping us build something we're proud of. What you'll do

Lead and deliver Own complex, end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance programmes from strategy and discovery through go-live and hypercare. Take full accountability for programme scope, commercials, quality, and client outcomes. Translate complex business needs into pragmatic, scalable solutions — and make sure they land. Advise stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimisation. Steer solution architects and delivery teams to ensure consistency, quality, and performance across the Microsoft Business Applications stack.

Build the AI-native finance function Set the vision for how Copilot, AI agents, and autonomous finance processes show up in client work — and make sure delivery follows. Shape PwC's point of view on what an AI-native CFO function looks like in practice, and bring it to market through propositions, thought leadership, and client conversations. Partner with Microsoft on early-access AI capabilities and represent the Belgian practice in EMEA AI-in-Finance initiatives. Equip your teams to deliver AI-led outcomes confidently — not as a buzzword, but as the new baseline.

Lead people

Build, coach, and mentor consultants and managers — locally as well as across our nearshore and offshore delivery centres. Foster a one-team culture where quality, learning, and care for one another come first. Act as a career coach, helping team members grow into the next version of themselves.

Lead the practice

Help grow the Belgian Microsoft Business Applications practice — shaping propositions, go-to-market focus, and capabilities alongside leadership. Represent the Belgian BizApps practice at EMEA level, strengthening collaboration with PwC EMEA and Microsoft. Lead business development: nurture C-level client relationships, shape proposals, and originate new opportunities. Help write the next chapter of our BizApps playbook — together with the team and leadership.

What are we looking for

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 Finance (or AX), including a strong track record of leading full lifecycle ERP programmes end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex delivery — including budgets, timelines, and senior stakeholders up to C‑level.
• Deep finance functional expertise across core modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) and a clear point of view on how finance should run in a modern, AI‑enabled enterprise.
• Strong fluency across the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem — Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, data migration tooling, and meaningful exposure to Copilot, AI agents, and Microsoft's AI roadmap.
• Proven contribution to business development: proposals, client pursuits, and thought leadership.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; you can hold the room with a CFO and the project team alike.
• Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French (both is a plus).
