Avanade Belgium is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect to design, implement and govern Customer Engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot.

You will own the technical architecture, collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders, and drive robust, scalable deployments across client projects in the Belgian Business Applications team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, customization, security, performance and deployment.

Responsabilités

• Own the Technical Architecture; provide guidance to project teams and clients.
• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Mentor junior colleagues in the Belgian Business Applications team.
• Engage in presales activities during solution demos and client evaluations.
