Job summary

SQLI Ghent is seeking a Medior Digital Marketing Project Manager to deliver high-impact campaigns for international brands. You will own delivery end-to-end, coordinating strategy, marketing and design across multi-functional teams while keeping clients aligned and milestones on track.

Ideally you bring 3–5 years in digital project management within an agency or consultancy, fluent Dutch/Flemish and English, and a pragmatic, calm approach to complex projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience working on digital marketing projects (social media/ influencer marketing/ SEO/ SEA/ GEO/ CRO/ Marketing Automation, etc..)
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Confidence to challenge both clients and internal teams
• Calm under pressure; you bring clarity in complexity
• A pragmatic mindset focused on getting things done
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English. French is considered a major plus.
• Experience coaching more junior project managers is a strong plus
