SQLI Ghent is seeking a Medior Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead projects across strategy, marketing, and design, delivering clear scopes, timelines, and priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and keep clients aligned while balancing quality, speed, and budget.

The role offers flexible working and an opportunity to work with international brands from our Ghent office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience working on digital marketing projects (social media/influencer marketing/SEO/SEA/GEO/CRO/Marketing Automation, etc.).
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Confidence to challenge both clients and internal teams.
• Calm under pressure; you bring clarity in complexity.
