SQLI Ghent is seeking a Medior Digital Marketing Project Manager to own delivery from idea to execution, leading cross-functional teams across strategy, marketing, and design. You will define scopes, timelines, and priorities while managing stakeholders and balancing quality, speed, and budget.

We value 3–5 years in digital project management, experience on digital marketing projects, and fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English, with French as a major plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience working on digital marketing projects (social media/influencer marketing/SEO/SEA/GEO/CRO/Marketing Automation, etc.)
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Confidence to challenge both clients and internal teams
• Calm under pressure; you bring clarity in complexity
• A pragmatic mindset focused on getting things done
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English. French is considered a major plus.
• Experience coaching more junior project managers is a strong plus
