Huzzle is seeking a reliable, Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support a renovation business by managing incoming calls and messages during opening hours. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally, recorded accurately, and directed to the right person.

You will take ownership of interactions, provide clear next steps, and book calls with the relevant team members.

Qualifications

• Fluent and professional Dutch communication.
• Prior customer service or call center experience.
• Calm, friendly phone demeanor and confidence handling inquiries.
• Experience with CRM software; familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Ability to take accurate notes and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages during opening hours.
• Record clear notes in the CRM and explain next steps to customers.
• Route inquiries to the correct team member (sales, project coordinator, owner).
• Book calls directly into calendars rather than forwarding messages.
• Escalate urgent issues on active renovation projects.
• Follow the client’s manual and established procedures.
• Ensure inquiries are followed up and resolved or handed over.
• Maintain clear communication with the internal team.
